Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund, provided the booking was made at least 7 days before the retreat start date. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a credit toward a future retreat if the room is successfully rebooked by another party. Rescheduling reservations cannot be used to extend the cancellation window. Bookings made at promotional early bird rates are nonrefundable. Returning guest specials may not be applied to March retreats.
